The principal of a Mumbai convent school allegedly chopped off a student's small pigtail on Tuesday, prompting the police to file an FIR against him.
Bollywood director Subhash Kapoor, who was accused of molesting actress Geetika Tyagi at her residence in suburban Versova, was arrested on Monday in the case, police said.
